What we collect

When you call, text, email or message us, or use the quote form, we receive the details you choose to give: usually your name, phone number, email address, the location of the job and a description of the work.

The quote form on this site does not send anything to us by itself. It writes an email in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you press send.

What we use it for

We use your details to reply to you, price the job, and carry out and invoice the work if you go ahead. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing by third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and keep records of completed work for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use analytics.

Your rights
